Adjacent to our stunning, newly renovated nine-story commercial office building, 500 South El Camino is a two-story retail space that is currently home to 24 Hour Fitness.  Formerly an I. Magnin Store location, the building features breathtakingly tall ceilings with large 10,000 square foot flexible floor plates.  Westlake plans to fully renovate both the interior and exterior, elevating the building to a Class A commercial office space.  The renovations will complement the adjacent nine-story building, beautifying and upgrading the corner of South El Camino Real and 5^th Avenue.  As part of the renovations, Westlake plans to:

• Relocate the main entrance of the building to South El Camino Real for a more visible and accessible main entry
• Install large windowpanes to allow for natural sunlight into the buildings
• Maintain the tall ceilings heights across floors one and two, and add a partial third story that features 360* floor to ceiling windows
• Add a wraparound balcony with greenery and multiple outdoor seating areas
