Lawrence Business Park was originally acquired by Westlake in 1975 and consists of three single-story buildings.  It is currently home to over thirty small commercial and light industrial tenants.  With the continued expansion of Silicon Valley’s tech sector in the South Peninsula and the growing need for quality housing, Westlake plans to convert this property into a beautiful 328-unit multi-family apartment complex.
